Information collected is for purpose of processing the order only and is destroyed once we receive payment therefore any re-orders will be required to re-submit above information. The email address is the only information we keep and it serves to keep us in touch with our customers.

Shipping Information:

All goods ship F.O.B. our warehouse in Mississauga, ON L4W 2S1. Shipping Charges are determined by actual weight and destination of parcel. Orders are shipped within 2 working days and upon payment to ensure that you receive your product promptly.

Returns and Damaged Goods:

Return Policy: Full refund or exchange within 7 days upon receipt of product. Credit will be applied to your credit card minus shipping and handling charges. Items used or damaged resulting from use other than the intended purpose will not be accepted. Products must be in original packaging. No returns will be accepted without the original receipt. Any returns are subject to the shipping and handling charges incurred by Omni Beauty Solutions. No returns COD will be accepted.

Damaged Goods:

The Free hand product is fully guaranteed against manufacturer defects. This does not cover any damages resulting from use other than the intended purpose. All damage claims must be reported within 7 days from receipt of product. Product must be in original condition with all original packaging and will only be accepted in cases of true damage or defect. Returns must be authorized by our office and accompanied by a return authorization number.

Ensure that the product is wrapped properly and include your shipping details, phone number and email address. We will send a replacement upon inspection. No returns will be accepted without a copy of the original receipt.
